Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge $20-$150 cancellation fee. No exceptions.

 

Cancellation fee 

Haircut/blow-dry: $20

Straightening/Digital perm: $150

Other: $50

On the day of your appointment

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the appointment, if you are late more than 15mins.

We are not responsible for lost or damage of personal items.

We are pleased to address any hair issues within ONE week from date of service.

Pets are not allowed in the salon.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, Master card and Cash. Gratuity is cash only.

All gift cards, services and purchases are NON-refundable.
