​Booking / Cancellation Policy

• Changes & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Fee is $20–$150 (depending on service). No exceptions.

• Specialty Services: Curl perms, straight perms, and keratin treatments must be booked by phone. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

   * A deposit of 50% of the service fee will be charged for reservations with multiple people and multiple dates. Multiple reservations must be cancelled at least one week in advance; if not cancelled at least one week in advance, the deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions.

 

Cancellation fee 

     Haircut/blow-dry: $20

     Straightening/Digital perm: $150

     Other: $50-$150

On the day of your appointment

     Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the appointment, if you are late more than 15mins.

     We are not responsible for lost or damage of personal items.

     We are pleased to offer any fix ups within ONE WEEK from date of service.

     Pets are not allowed in the salon.

Method of payment

     We accept Visa, Master card and Cash. Gratuity is Cash only.

     All gift cards, services and purchases are NON-refundable.
